Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pricing and plans.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access to the Professional plan for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or select a different plan that fits your needs.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your content during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our retention policy.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices, and Enterprise customers can opt for on-premise deployment for full data sovereignty.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes, we offer a 30% discount for qualifying nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Apply through your account settings with proof of status.

What document formats are supported?

Starter plans support PDF and DOCX files. Professional and Enterprise plans support all major formats including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, and CSV.

Can I use BidResponder as both an issuer and a vendor?

Yes. Every account can both issue RFPs and respond to them. Whether you're a procurement team publishing solicitations or a vendor answering proposals, you get a single unified platform. Your plan determines the limits and advanced features available for each workflow.
